If your club or district is listed on Toastmasters.org, your website is free. Pick the option that matches your situation, fill in a few fields, and we'll be in touch.
Chartered Club website
For clubs already listed on Toastmasters.org. We'll validate against TI's Find-A-Club records.
Unchartered Club website
For prospective and new clubs that don't yet appear on the Find-A-Club database. We'll validate against TI's Prospective and New Club reports.
District website
For Toastmasters districts. The site will live at {slug}.toastmastersdistricts.org. We'll validate that no district website already exists for that district number.
What happens after you submit
- We validate your request. Chartered clubs are checked against Toastmasters International's Find-A-Club; unchartered clubs against the Prospective and New Club reports; districts against TI's district list.
- We email the official contacts. A verification email goes to the contact addresses Toastmasters International has on file, asking them to confirm your authority.
- You're up and running, usually within days. Once confirmed, your free website is provisioned at
{slug}.toastmastersclubs.orgor{slug}.toastmastersdistricts.org— you'll get a welcome email with login details.
